The Russo Neuromuscular Massage Center does not directly
bill insurance. However, we will provide receipts for
services to submit for third party insurance billing.
Each insurance plan is different, and we encourage
clients to file for reimbursement. Even if your claim is
declined, each submission increases insurance industry
awareness of the medical necessity and proven benefits
of receiving massage therapy.
Workers' Compensation Cases
Treatment fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis
for workers' compensation. Utilization review must be
pre-approved, with physician request for services.
Motor Vehicle Accidents/Personal Injury
If you have been injured in a car accident or had a
personal injury, we may be able to accept your Auto
Insurance if you have PIP Insurance and if you have a
doctor's prescription. We may also be able to accept
Attorney Liens for auto accidents. We work closely with
physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors and
are happy to refer you to these therapists when
appropriate for your care. Many of our therapists
specialize in treating auto accidents on attorney liens.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
companies allow you to designate pre-tax money to be
taken from your paycheck to help pay for qualified
health-related expenses. Therapeutic massage is often
covered under these plans with a doctor's prescription.
Check with your plan administrator or representative for
more details. We're happy to provide you with a receipt
for your visits.

about Neuromuscular Therapy
understand that unanticipated events happen in
everyone’s lives, but because we desire to be
effective and fair to all clients, the following
policies are honored.
24 hour advance
notice is required when cancelling an
appointment. If you are unable to give us 24
hours notice you will be charged for the full
amount of your appointment. This amount must be
paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to
forgo their appointment for whatever reason will
be considered a “no-show," and will be charged
for their missed appointment.
Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session
may be shortened in order to accommodate others
whose appointments follow yours. Your therapist
will determine when you arrive if there is
enough time remaining to start a treatment.
Regardless of the length of the treatment
actually given, you will be responsible for
payment for the full session.
